After Pictures

This professional couple located in the Scripps Ranch community desired a complete make over for their kitchen, family room and dining room. One of the top priorities was the opening the wall between the kitchen and dining room to give it a great room feeling. Making the kitchen a open and expansive place to cook and entertain. The home owner, now a stay at home Mom is professionally trained as a French Chef, with her knowledge and love for cooking she desired a kitchen that had a lot to offer functionally. You could say it was a big priority.

Great storage features are hidden throughout the kitchen behind the cabinetry doors, to the left of the microwave there is a pullout tray /cookie sheet cabinet, and two separate spice / oil pullouts at the cooktop. Convenient located next to the sink base is a hidden but yet exposed paper towel holder, below is the trash and recycle center. The finishes set the final stage for a new kitchen. The cabinetry is Sapele Exotic Wood and the counter tops are a statement. The perimeter of the kitchen is a quartzite slab and the island features a leathered granite.

The family had a large bill to fill when they desired more storage in a tightly fit family room. We decided to remove the fireplace and add built-ins in the family room including a large desk with plenty of storage for office supplies and hidden outlets for numerous electronics including iphones, ipads, and more.
